Former Nashville Predator Mike Sillinger returned to Nashville Saturday evening to play in the Predators/Blues Alumni Game. In his 31 games in a Nashville uniform, Sillinger tallied 10 goals and 12 assists. During his NHL career, Sillinger played for 12 different teams and was traded nine times, both are league records.

Throughout his 17 seasons in the NHL, Sillinger played for: Anaheim Ducks, Vancouver Canucks, Philadelphia Flyers, Tampa Bay Lightning, Florida Panthers, Ottawa Senators, Columbus Blue Jackets, Phoenix Coyotes, St. Louis Blues, Nashville Predators, New York Islanders and Detroit Red Wings.

In the spirit of the Alumni Game, it must be noted that in the middle of the game, Sillinger was traded from the Predators Alumni Team to the Blues Alumni Team.

Sillinger is currently the Director of Player Development for the Edmonton Oilers and he speaks about that experience and more in our interview below.
